Do Not Use Gary for ***

I had a few gallons of water in my basement that appeared to be coming from the bathroom the first day after buying my $335,000 home. I called Hardy Plumbing to see where the problem was coming from to get on the floor. After hundreds of dollars and multiple trips. They said it was coming from a poorly placed pan under the shower. So we had to remove the entire bathroom. The shower, the lift station, the floor, toilet and sink. They torn out my wall behind the toilet and part of the ceiling. You'd laugh at the cuts in the wall. {{Redacted}} idiots.With total disregard on what it would take to repair the sheetrock as well. Realize the shower is raised one foot to enable water to drain into the lift pump for it to work properly. The concrete shower is covered with tile as well as the floor. So I removed and replaced at cost of $6500. Guess what! Thats wasn't the problem. It was a backed up 4" waste line. These *** never checked to see if the sewage line was blocked. Every plumber has a CCD camera today. They just did't check it. Stupid fools. So now they removed the waste line to the street. But the builder had zig zaged the line across the yard from right to left instead of a straight line to the city sewage line. They tore out my sidewalk and my ENTIRE frontyard including bushes. All of the front yard was demolished after the boy with the backhoe traced the old stupidly run waste line. These fools didn't want to get a permit from the city to minimize further damage to run a straight line. The guy Gary hired was new and a out of work truck driver with little or no experience what so ever. No permits were obtained. No Markings for power, gas or cable were ever requested. The out of work truck driver knicked the power in three places. {{Redacted}} So after I personally rebulit my yard with 12 cubic yards of top soil and new emerald zoyia. I lost power 3 times in the coming months and Georgia Power tore the newly rebuilt yard up 3 times. By then I was so mad from the *** poor work and Gary wanted over $7000 for the sorry job. I had already spent $500-600 on the initial work. I told him he was crazy. So he said give me $5000 cash which I bet the IRS never saw their part. Bet money on that one. I hope they see this review. I should have sued the sorry Gary Hardy Plumbing. But I just wanted the horrible experience behind me. It took me 3 months to move in my new home because of sheer negligence performed by a sorry plumber. I would tell you stay far from these people as he's the worst plumber I've ever seen.

We have had several issues with different things in our house. I was a little skeptical because of the reviews, but I decided to give Hardy Plumbing a chance. Hardy Plumbing sent someone named Mr. Chris and Mr. Eric to fix all of our leaking problems in our house. Have used Hardy's since 2012 after we had to relocate to Henry Count, after our house burned. Had to remodel whole house. We bought all new central heat/air from Hardy. Up until now we had no problem then they replaced pressure relief valve on our pump. Since then we have had two water leaks of which one is costing us all new flooring in kitchen/dining and living. Now Servivemastrrs took a pictur of water bubbling up in yard. When Harding came out the Checked water pressure in house instead of fauset where that line wa runningAfter calling the man in charge of pluming,which was talking on phone and I was advised he would call me right back. It's 9 pm and I still haven't heard from anyone. O did I mention that a service man wa scheduled to come out yesterday and it's 9 pm tonite and I haven't heard from anyone. Very Poor Customer Service!!

Will Never Use Again...
They charged 3 times as much as 2 other estiments, had to use them cuz others didnt show up but they made me think the work being done is more compliated then it is.... After fixing they Left water sitting on the 2nd floor ceiling when could have done something extra to keep it dry, like asking for towels... Caused me more damage by not doing anything on first visit to temperary stop leak.... Just way to much money for what they did.....

Hardy Plumbing has the worst customer service. A rep from the company came to the house at 9 am to state they cannot repair the issue because someone else installs piping tubes. I was told by that same company rep after he went and made a call back to the office of Hardy Plumbing that was at my location that the work will be complete 18 Dec 2015. Someone will be back out to install the piping tube and flush the system at 2pm. I spoke to 3 other people who represent Hardy Plumbing (Mr. Corey, Williams, and Eric) throughout the day trying to find out when the other plumber will come out and repair my issue. After talking with Mr. Williams 3 separate times Mr. Eric finally gives me a call at 6 pm stating to they are enroute to my location. When Mr. Eric and another gentlemen shows up he is very polite installs and the piping tube. After the piping tube is installed he tells me he cannot complete the job. He only installs hardware another person in the company has to finish the repair. I explain to him what has taken place through the course of the day and he calls Mr Gary, his manager. I spoke to Mr Gary and he tells me before our conversation ended that someone will call me within a hour because the person that does the other part of the repair is on a service call right now. I didn't receive a phone call. I tried to call Mr Gary back to receive no answer from him. And to come to find out this morning (19 Dec 2015) Hardy Plumbing is closed and my plumbing is still not fixed after being told by three different people that my repair will be completed yesterday, 18 Dec 2015, (Mr Corey, Mr William, and Mr Gary). Anyone reading this review please understand the management and staff of this company will directly lie to you to get you off the phone, then not ans your phone calls, and not complete work as they promised.

I was called this morning by the company. They are coming out to complete my repair. The work is great no complaints there, I only advise the company to be straight up when talking and dealing with customers.
I do thank Hardy Plumbing for making my repair a priority this morning.

Hardy Plumbing made it a priority this morning to come finish my repair from 18 Dec 2015. Thank you for coming out. The work done was great no issues with with service as far as the phyiscal work and outcome. I just advise when managers and staff are talking to customers to be honest state what can be done and what the processes will be the the customer honesty. Work together from there to get an outcome that satisfies both and makes the customer happy. Thank you again for coming out this morning. I look at it like this, I could of been with this same issue until Monday so I'm grateful that Hardy Plumbing came out this morning to complete repair. This company does good work.

What a ***
I will never call this company because even their drivers are rude. I was behind one who was obviously distracted because he kept swerving and driving at least 10-15 miles under the speed limit. I flashed my brights just to make sure they were alert to the presence of others on the road (because he obviously wasn't). He then intentionally drove even slower, holding up traffic, and kept swerving (drunk?). Then when I finally got to get around him, he made a smug face and waved at me like I was being a ***. What an *** Already a horrible experience.

Stay away from Hardy Plumbing in Augusta, GA
Stay far away!!! April 2013, Hardy Plumbing came to my home in response to an American Home Shield service call for a leaky faucet. After measuring the water pressure, they insisted that they needed to install a pressure reducer before doing anything else. At the end of the day, they installed a water pressure reducer but were unable to fix the faucet. Fast forward a mere few months to August 2013 and the pressure reducer began to leak, costing me hundreds on my water bill. When I called asking them to come and fix the shoddy work they did they attempted to extort me for over $100 per hour to fix what they messed up in the first place!!! Gary and Kim Humphreys are crooks!
